[RMCProfile-users] Technical Help

Hi,
I am running RMCProfile on Macbook. I am unable to these two primary steps.
Can somebody help me explain it in details. How to perform these two steps,

   1.

   Create a working directory on your machine to keep all the RMCProfile
   files together. This can be done with Finder or from the command line,
   something along the lines of /myfolder is fine.
   2.

   Copy the folder ex 1 from the rmcprofile/tutorial folder to your new
   working directory.
