I couldn't see anything obviously wrong with your input file, and without knowing more about your system it's hard to know what to suggest! If you could send the input file, data file(s) and the atomic configuration you are using to helen.playford at stfc.ac.uk I can have a closer look.

I am trying to fit radial distribution function of amorphous graphane  by using  rmc profile own my reference radial distribution function of amorphous graphane. The issue radial distribution function of amorphous graphane that calculated from rmc not become flat and increse from second
to third   shell. Here, I have attached my rmc input file. Kindly help.
