[RMCProfile-users] RMCProfile and windows 10

Hi all

I am currently using windows 10 pro 64 bit on my work machine and unable to get RMCprofile to run. Our IT team have had a look and every time they try and open RMCProfile, a command prompt seems to open and close straight away. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how they might have solved it? I think the version IT have got is 6.5
