Hi Emily,

To solve this, you can add the path where the RMCprofile.exe exists, into your system environment variables. If you have installed the program by default, then the path should be C:\RMCProfile_package\exe. If you are working with Windows system, put this path into your 'Path' values. Here is an introduction to show how to add new environment variables:

Hello,

I am new to using RMCprofile. I have downloaded and extracted all the
files, and am able to open up RMCprofile_setup.bat. I'm trying to follow
the RMCprofile tutorials to get it to work but I keep getting
'rmcprofile' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Any advice for a novice?
