Dear Sumit

As well as the RMCProfile manual, you can find their relationships in J Appl Cryst 34 (2001) 172 – a paper that I wrote specifically to answer these types of questions!

Best wishes, Dave

Subject: [RMCProfile-users] Data Format
The data format or convention used in RMCProfile is different from the
conventions used by xPDFSuite, eg. I observed that the G(r) on xPDFsuite is
D(r) on RMCProfile. Does anyone have a list of these correspondence, say
for F(Q) and S(Q)s?

Thanks,

Sumit Khadka
