[RMCProfile-users] Using RMCProfile to fit data

Dear all,
 
I am using RMCprofile to fit high energy X-ray diffraction data. I think my sample may be oxidized. But the oxide can not be detected by normal XRD.
Take V-Al-N for example, Al might be oxidized because Al is easy to form Al2O3 with O2. In this case, can I still use RMCprofile to fit the data?
